How do I redeem a coupon code?

When you have completed your shopping experience click the "Checkout" button. Once the checkout page has loaded you will see a "discount" box on the right side of the page. Please enter your coupon code exactly as you see it on your coupon. It is case sensitive. Once entered please click "apply". If the coupon is valid the amount applied to your order will be shown.Your order total less the value of the coupon will be shown. Please proceed as directed to finish the checkout process. 

Can I use more than one coupon on a single purchase?

No, Only one coupon code per shopping cart. If you have more than one coupon and would like to use them on one purchase please email orders@yescoswag.com and include all coupon codes and the value of each. We will verify the coupon codes and issue a new code for the combined value. The new code and it's value will be emailed back to you.

Can we make special requests, suggest or source specific items, or add additional logos or project names to our order?

Yes please contact orders@yescoswag.com with your requests, suggestions and ideas.

Can I return/ exchange an item if I want a different size or color etc.?

It is important that you are completely satisfied with your experience with the YESCO store. We will do all we can to create that experience. Please understand each item you order is "custom" and is decorated to order. We discourage returns for incorrect size and or color choices. However, if you receive an item different than expected, we may process a return, refund, or exchange. These conditions include: defective merchandise, defective decoration, website and/or order processing errors.
